Christian School Teachers Certificate

The Christian School Teacher’s Certificate (CSTC) is a Vocate Christian School Employees Association certificate, administered by the Credentials Committee. Endorsed by Edvance, it is a unique certificate in that it attempts to integrate theory and practice in Christian education. Therefore, it is important that all teachers in Edvance-affiliated schools be required to obtain this certificate as a priority for their professional development.

The Teacher Academy would be completed as an Independent Study and would have an expectation that you implement the project that you worked on in the summer. The Independent Study proposal must be sent to the Vocate office for approval prior to your attendance at the Teacher Academy.
